This is a very simple plan for reducing
the price on your rental exhibit at your next
show. This August 2009 promotion is 50% off
of straight time hours Installation and Dismantlement
(I&D) of a rental exhibit fabricated through and supplied by
Absolute Exhibits. If your exhibit is at an Overtime or doubletime
Installation or Dismantle based on show regulations or targeted install
dating, clients will have their hours figured at straight hours and that amount
of money will be given as an allowance against the show dictated Installation time.
In other words if you are at Overtime on Installation, we will figure those hours at
straight time and take that amount at 50% and take it off of the Overtime hours figures.

Using the pictured example - this was a 10' x 30' rental installed in
Las Vegas at straight time I&D hours - priced at approximately
$19,950 before shipping charges. With the “50% Off of I&D
Promotion” it would be discounted to $18,913 for a savings of
$1764.00. If you are attending a show over the next six months
this is a great opportunity to save on your Installation and
Dismantle charges

Our second example was also installed in Las Vegas, however this
time at Overtime Rates for the Installation and Straight Time for the
Dismantle. The price for this 20’x40’ exhibit before shipping was
$86,611 – the I&D including Overtime rates for Installation was
$17,184.00 - based on straight time hours the I&D was
reduced to a 50& discount of $7,056.00 – final pricing for
this exhibit was $79,555. Again if you are going to the show
floor this is a great opportunity to lower your overall
exhibit pricing!
