I wanted to thank you and your crew for ALL your tremendous help. Pacific got so many compliments on the Booth and the photography came out so amazing! Pete appreciated the staff friendliness and professionalism. The clean up crew was great as well. Everyone was on top of it. And thanks for the refrigerator! Was that on our contract? I didn't remember that being included...but that was awesome! Of course I have a few little things...but we can discuss that later when we talk about the Chicago Booth next year...let me know when we should start looking into that... I would like to say that Terry Smith, my salesman, provided top notch customer service. Manny, was the site coordinator, and he was excellent as well. The two of them provided the best possible service. I was very impresed with the efforts that they went to to ensure the success of our Booth at SPI 2011. They created one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in any capacity. I would give them both a raise, and anything else that would ensure the longevity of their careers at Absolute Exhibits. I really can't say enough about each of them. Terry Smith and Manny set the bar pretty high.

I was given the task of providing support and overseeing our Booth requirements for the upcoming 2011 ISA Expo in Las Vegas. This show is one that CAO Group places a tremendous amount resources in for the expectation of promoting CAO Group as a major player in the Signage market and for that reason our image is everything. Keeping this in mind I need to team up with a company that would be able to provide me with superior service as well as a dependable staff that I could count on to get the job done right the first time. Mark Lindheimer and his team at Absolute Installation & Dismantle was the perfect partner in providing this service.
Mark’s team of professionals provided complete support from beginning to end for this project as well as onsite follow up during the show to insure that all aspects were addressed and that we were happy with the service provided. AHI was very pleased with the performance of Absolute Exhibits on our Booth for the AWEA show in Anaheim. Absolute truly met and exceed our expectations. When we walked into the Exhibit Hall, there was definitely a “Wow” factor – the Booth looked exactly like you had predicted with the rendering. Additionally, the Absolute people on the floor couldn’t have been more accommodating taking care of the details when we had a problem. Absolute Exhibits will undoubtedly continue to have AHI business for the future. Look forward to planning for Atlanta in June 2012. Take care.
