Terry was Sales Director and head of Customer Services for both Toshiba and Rubbermaid where he also did product management. Terry was a client of Mike Koren’s and he took this job as his “retirement job!!” He received his bachelor of science in Marketing from Bradley University and his MBA from Northern Illinois University.

Terry was born in Elgin, Illinois and is married with two adult daughters and six grandchildren. Although he calls this job his hobby he also does woodworking and loves to sail!
