It’s all about the story. Our main focus is to design and produce exhibits that meet the needs and objectives of the individual organization. We take great satisfaction in our capacity to listen to and collaborate with our clients to create dynamic exhibits, while delivering your story to the target audience. From the development of an outline to the final exhibit, we will work with your team in as seemless a process as possible.
Creating a successful interpretive exhibit requires many steps. We can help breakdown the budget based on your exhibit type, requirements and stage of development. The typical interpretive exhibit budget can be broken down into these steps or stages:
- Interpretive Planning and Exhibit Design
- Writing, Research and Graphic Design
- Design and Fabrication of Exhibits
- Transportation and Installation.
Each stage will require around 15-20% of the budget with design and fabrication of exhibits being the largest budget item at around 40-60%.
We use high quality materials and unique modular build systems such as our Mero system as well as formaldehyde-free medite and low VOC paint. This eliminates off-gassing onto artifacts. Our in house graphics department can produce anything from a name plate to wall murals using the latest technology and materials including green media and eco-friendly ink systems. We like to use Fused Polycarbonate “Rhino” or High Pressure Laminates “HPL” for exterior, non-climate controlled or high traffic area signage.
We have relationships with suppliers and service providers for things such as interpretive research and writing, AV programming and equipment, as well as dioramas.
