Client Spotlight: C+A Global at CES 2017

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) showcases nearly 4,000 exhibitors, including manufacturers, developers and suppliers, within the consumer technologies industry. This internationally-recognized show attracts more than 170,000 attendees from 150 countries to Las Vegas every year.

In preparation for CES 2017, C+A Global partnered with Absolute Exhibits to build and debut the company’s 30-foot x 90-foot custom exhibit. The company would also be unveiling Polaroid’s new instant digital camera – the Polaroid Pop – for its 80th anniversary.

Needless to say, all teams knew the booth would need to make a serious impression at the show.

C+A Global wished to have a modern and contemporary trade show booth that could generate brand awareness for the corporate entity and promote several of its popular consumer brands, including Polaroid, Gold’s Gym, Lyx Pro, Ivation, ZINK and Vokai Labs.

The booth’s design was strategically divided into different environments, each representing all seven (7) distinct brands under a single roof. Overhead hung two (2) large fabric signs representing the C+A Global corporate identity to bring it all together and create a single, cohesive look.

The booth utilized white and black gloss laminate on the walls and flooring to create a bright, clean, reflective and sleek exhibit, which made this stunning booth impossible to ignore on the show floor.

It was also anticipated that the booth would receive heavy foot traffic as a result of Polaroid’s big announcement, as well as the popularity of the featured brands. Therefore, the trade show booth design and construction emphasized open layouts to allow for smooth traffic flow.

The ZINK Zero Ink section was designed to stand out on its own as the primary brand within the space. This section featured special elements, including a touch-sensitive, interactive stage with dramatic lighting, edge-lit LED panels along the outside of the exhibit, a raised pergola canopy with recessed lighting, interactive kiosks with LED displays and crafting area.

Within other sections of the booth were several custom product displays with retail shelving and interactive product demo kiosks. Along the outer walls hung two (2) custom 20-foot wide fabric lightboxes with backlighting.

RESULTS

The C+A Global trade show booth was a huge success as attendees freely flooded the booth’s open layout during the event.

The Polaroid Pop instant digital camera received significant press on and off the show floor at CES 2017 by both consumers and major media outlets.

This year, Absolute Exhibits will proudly be building additional trade show exhibits for C+A Global and it’s brands.
